CROSSFIT FOUNDATIONS COURSE:
This Course is designed to set you up for success prior to entering our general classes. The movements we perform are unique and take time and practice in order to learn how to execute them properly and efficiently.
Our Foundation Course only accepts 10 participants per session.
Every session will include a special workout of the day (WOD) that reinforces the movement(s) covered each day.
HOW OUR FOUNDATION PROGRAM WORKS?:
Our Foundations Program consists of 6 Sessions with each session lasting approximately 1 hour. These sessions run over a three-week period and include 2 sessions per week.
Our Current Foundation Schedule:
OPTION A. MONDAY + WEDNESDAY 10 am
OPTION B. TUESDAY + THURSDAY 630 pm
*Optional session: Saturday at 9 am.
Q. Is this a beginner’s class?
Q. How big is a typical CrossFit / Foundations class?
A. We only accept 10 people into our Foundations Program. This group is working directly with a CrossFit L-1 Coach.
Q. Is everyone all skinny and in shape?
A. No. The majority of our country’s population is living a poor quality of life because of their health and fitness.
