How to Start?

CROSSFIT PREP CLASSES:

Most coaches fail to realize how important your goals are. Instead, they stick you in a group setting and give you some ridiculously hard challenge to conquer, while some yell and scream at you call that “motivation…”

Not at CrossFit Massillon, Your goals are important to us.

Instead, we set you up for success by having one of our coaches work directly with you 1:1.

We do this for two reasons, ONE: your goals are important therefor we care about your safety and personal experience. TWO: we have a lot to teach and want to ensure you’re learning the proper form and technique that allows for safe progressions and faster overall results.

Each session will include: a Warm-up, Skill Session, Workout of the Day (WOD) and Mobility.

 

HOW OUR PREP PROGRAM WORKS?

It’s really pretty simple, you can sign up for a Fitness Assessment with one of our coaches in order to see if CrossFit Massillon feels right to you. We learn a little bit about your goal(s) and how we can help you the most.

After your initial assessment, if you decide to move forward with our Prep Program, we plan either Four or Six 1:1 Sessions that are conveniently scheduled around your availability. No hoops to jump through or hurdles to jump over. Pretty simply stuff.

Note, we have no flashy sales pitches or small print to discuss. Either you’ll love it at CF Massillon or you won’t.

 

COMMON QUESTIONS:

Q. Is this a beginner’s class?
A. Yes, you will shown how to do basic movements properly and safely. Movements that include gymnastics, weightlifting, rowing, biking, throwing, catching and jumping. All of which are scalable to any fitness level.

Q. How big is a typical CrossFit class?
A. Our General CrossFit Sessions can have anywhere from 5-15 people working out at the same time with at least 1-2 Coaches present at every session.

Q. Is everyone all skinny and in shape?
A. Not at all. The majority of our country’s population is living a poor quality of life because of their health and fitness.

We’re confident you will fit right in what ever shape you’re in.
