Reebok CrossFit Regionals – 2016 Masters Qualifier

The Online Qualifier workouts were released on Thursday, April 21, 2016, at 5 p.m. PT. Masters athletes will have until Monday, April 25, 2016, at 5 p.m. PT, to submit their scores and/or videos for these workouts.

 

LET THE GAMES BEGIN…

EVENT 1

21-15-9 reps for time of:
Row for calories
Thrusters

Men use 95 lb.
Women use 65 lb

EVENT 2

1-rep-max deadlift

0

EVENT 3

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
55 double-unders
15 chest-to-bar pull-ups
5 hang power cleans

Men use 155 lb.
Women use 105 lb.

For time:
55 burpees
34 overhead squats
21 muscle-ups

Men use 95 lb.
Women use 65 lb.

Time Cap: 20 minutes

Only after the video review process is complete will the Masters Leader board be set. The top-20 male and female athletes in each age division will be invited to compete at the Games starting on May 5, 2016. If Masters athletes ranked in the top 20 in any age division decline their invitation to the Games, the next highest-ranked athlete in that division may be invited. The Games invitation process for Masters athletes will be completed by June 4, 2016.
