Flexibility is the key to handling heavier even lighter loads with better efficiency. Think Thruster, Clean and Jerk, Barbell Complex’s, etc… The position of the bar is incredibly important. If it’s in the wrong position, as a coach and athlete, not only will it weaken any movement, it can and usually does promote injury…
I see a lot of athletes who have serious flexibility issues which make the front rack position a painful, painful experience… Until now!!!
