STRUCTURE
Every feature you will enjoy in our Resolution Challenge is created and tailored to create a rich, engaging experience that helps you actively practice everything you learn. Each week brings a new focus and workout challenge, keeping your mind and body fresh and alert.

NUTRITION
The nutritional philosophy is simple: eat real foods, control insulin response (blood sugar), and try to balance each meal and snack with a protein, healthy fat, and good carbohydrate. The Resolution Challenge features 2 diet paths, and provides 3 diet levels to best meet the individualized needs of the men and women participating in the Challenge.

THE WORKOUTS
For all workouts, including the benchmarks, there are 3 standardized skill levels which make the workouts exciting for top competitors and appropriately challenging and accessible for those just getting started. No matter your level of fitness, you will have fun and be challenged. Most importantly, you WILL improve.

TRACKING YOUR DIET
Our Challenge Series does what no other fitness or nutrition or weight-loss program has ever done. It provides two diet path options that are founded on the proven success of whole foods. Our interactive platform will help you stay accountable to yourself and your team, while making the process fun and simple.

During the Challenge, you are always encouraged to make the best choice possible. You have the flexibility to change between diet levels whenever you need to do so. In fact, you can choose your level for each of the 6 time periods of the day. That way, you are always rewarded for how well you do.

PRIZES
There are several opportunities for Participants to win prizes throughout the Challenge. In order to be eligible for a Performance Prize at any level, your workout must be submitted with a video. If you think you have a chance to perform at the top of your division we recommend filming the workout(s) just in case.
